» The delivery times do not include holidays, delays due to force majeure events, or situations beyond control of Orso International.

»» The delivered / invoiced final quantities are subject to a tolerance of +/- 3% of the requested quantity.

» The company may request a % of the amount upon confirmation of the order. » Any modification after confirmation of the artwork will entail additional costs.

» In case of order cancellation, all costs incurred to date will be charged.
